Hi, my name is Raffael Russo. I'm 20 years old. I was raised by my mom and because of her always studied hard and fell in love with mathematic and physics. I currently study at the Military Institute of Engeneering (IME).
I believe that the beauty of the knowledge is the way it can be used to improve people's lives. The correlation of academic and applicable knowledge is something that amazes me, and the Hydro Engine project is all about it. The problem which moved us to the idea of the project is that many children from isolated areas, primaly in Brazil, coudln't get to shcool because of the lack of social structure. With the use of water as a fuel for buses, we hope to diminish the government spendings in fuel, and by so, improve the number of public transportantion in all cities, allowing them to achieve more isolated areas and take children to school.
